Fetty Wap admitted Monday to an illegal drug charge that requires them to serve at least five years in prison. US Justice Steven Locke heard the petition in Central Islip on Long Island. No filing date has been set.
In October, the 31-year-old rapper, whose real name is William Junior Maxwell II, was captured and indicted on a drug administration charge by about five different men. Agents testified that Fetty and several men “shipped, dispersed, and sold more than 100 kilograms of harmful and propensity-modifying drugs, including heroin and fentanyl, on Long Island” between June 2019 and June 2020.
Fetty was charged with one count of scheme to flow and possess controlled substances, while the others were also charged with one count of directing weapons in connection with drug misconduct.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, his interest “successful recovery of generally $1.5 million in actual cash, 16 kilograms of cocaine, 2 kilograms of heroin, assorted fentanyl pills, two pistols 9mm, a rifle, a .45-type firearm, a .40-type weapon, and ammunition.”
Fetty’s responsible request comes fourteen days after Judge Locke denied the rapper’s bail for allegedly doing whatever it took to kill a man during a 2021 FaceTime get. This alleged event ignored pretrial release arrangements. in this recipe.
