Fetty Wap admitted Monday to an illegal drug charge that requires them to serve at least five years in prison. US Justice Steven Locke heard the petition in Central Islip on Long Island. No filing date has been set.

In October, the 31-year-old rapper, whose real name is William Junior Maxwell II, was captured and indicted on a drug administration charge by about five different men. Agents testified that Fetty and several men “shipped, dispersed, and sold more than 100 kilograms of harmful and propensity-modifying drugs, including heroin and fentanyl, on Long Island” between June 2019 and June 2020.
