Since Scott is from the UK and has no family in Australia, they needed to travel to Australia to attend Shannon’s burial service. Fortunately, the Simes have a sizable circle of Adelaide friends who support the dispossessed father. O’Hara coordinated a soccer game with a cause and a silent closing to raise funds for Scott, stroke screening and organ donation.
