The two Adams Jr.’s as well, the client who had the opportunity out of the office, are currently in stable condition. The rapper now hopes to return to work once he recovers.

Part Nappy Roots single Skinny DeVille spoke to 11Alive about the event. He said: “I feel better because my colleague and brother Scales is protected and recovering…that’s generally significant.”

Nappy Roots found that the suspects did not cause any damage to the distillery, nor were the foundation’s assets stolen. The rap group currently wants to increase security at their brewery.

Rapper Fish Scales Robbed And Kidnapped At Atlanta Brewery The brutal incident occurred at a brewery claimed by Nappy Roots in the Castleberry Hill area. Something like two suspects looted and shot a customer in the parking lot before entering the brewery and leading the rapper towards his vehicle at gunpoint.

The suspects then drove rapper Nappy Roots toward Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Fortunately, Fish Scales escaped but was shot in the leg during the effort.

Police found the 45-year-old man’s vehicle abandoned in Hapeville, Georgia, approximately a short drive from the Atlantucky Brewery. Medical personnel transported the rapper to a local clinic, where he is currently listed in stable condition.

None of the suspects have been captured so far, as both Atlanta and Hapeville police are exploring the situation. The customer who was shot outside the brewery is also apparently out of harm’s way.

Nappy Roots owns a brewery in Atlanta. The meeting is named as a sign of approval from its underlying foundations in Kentucky and Georgia. In 2017, Nappy Roots collaborated with Atlanta distillery Monday Night Brewing to make their pale blonde ale, as they’ve been interested in specialty beers for quite some time.

The industry is doing exceptionally well in Georgia, according to Scales. “People of color love beer. Why don’t we find the best of the lager, which is a special beer? We saw the void and we needed to overcome that problem,” he told Rock The Bells.
