Educator arrested for abusing student Kristen McAllister, a 32-year-old lady from York County, was imprisoned and charged with two felonies of assaulting a young person by a person in a custodial or administrative relationship and two crimes of adjunct to misconduct of a minor , according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office did not provide any additional details, but previously said the investigation began when they received a tip from an instructor who was inappropriately interacting with students.

After getting a report of a thought contact between McAllister and students, YPSO delegates sent a request.
