Many outraged New Yorkers posted a Tweet Tuesday asking the transportation administrations for an explanation, saying it was unimaginable to accept their guaranteed free lunch.
The mission was a push to convince more people to have lunch after a review found that many New Yorkers are skipping lunch because of their furious way of life.
