The case remained the same for over a year and now, in April 2022, the South Dakota House of Representatives has finally denounced the chief attorney. According to his obituary, Joe Boever was a South Dakota resident who died in a car accident on September 12, 2020. By a limited lead, the House of Representatives sued the AG and, for more than a year, the case has finally received some indications of legitimate fairness.
