Bruce Charles Arians (born October 3, 1952) is a former head coach and current head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). On March 30, 2022 he reported his acquiescence from training and that he would be moving on to front office duties for the upcoming season. From 2013 to 2017, he was the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals.

He and his better half Christine have a son, Jake, who played position kicker for the Buffalo Bills for part of the 2001 season, and a daughter, Kristi Anne. Arians and his better half currently live in Tampa, Florida.
