Boloram Das was born on May 5, 1985 in Guwahati, Assam. He tutored at Lal Singh Academy, Guwahati, and then transferred from B. Borooah College and National School of Drama.

Boloram Das began his career with the English film The Black Russian as Sallam, coordinated by Chris Barfoot in 2013. The following year, he was featured in the Hindi game drama film Badlapur Boys as Sadhu in 2014. The film is inspired by the successful Tamil film Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu. Around the same time, he appeared in the crime drama film Haider as an interrogation officer in 2014.

Das starred in the 2015 vigilante activity film Gabbar Is Back as Peon. In 2017, he starred in the heartwarming movie Ok Jaanu as a security guard. He starred as iPad Man in the 2018 stoner satire film High Jack. In 2018, he appeared in the street satire film Karwaan as Crago Officer. He appeared as Farooq in the exciting travel movie Blank in 2019. He made a movie Pepper Chicken as Dashmesh in 2020.

Boloram Das sealed the deal with Tina Bhatia. The couple first met at the National Drama School in Delhi. After dating long-term, they got married in 2014. Boloram Das was born and raised in Guwahati. In 2010, Das joined the Wizcraft International Company and started his new Dream Kingdom in Gurgaon.

He got the honor of being the best young entertainer at the 25th Akhil Bharatiya Natya Samrou. Boloram was awarded the Gold Medal for Mimicry at the Assam Youth Festival by Gauhati University in 2003. He was an individual of the JYOTI theater group from the very beginning and generally wanted to pursue a career as an animator.
