Gareth Ward is an Australian legislator and former NSW Minister for Families and Disability Services. Similarly, he too was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly heading to Kiama. Kiama MP Gareth Ward Assault charges against two men MP Gareth Ward has been charged with three counts of assault with a display of obscenity. In addition, he is also facing charges of one count each of non-consensual sex and normal assault.
Analysts reportedly claimed that Ward attacked a 17-year-old boy in Meroo Meadow in February 2013. He also physically attacked a 27-year-old man in Sydney in September 2015. After the claim, Mr. Ward posted his ad saying that he is not to blame for the multitude of charges. He was allowed a contingent bail and will face Port Kembla court in May.

Ward chose to remain silent at the time, mentioning that he will not offer comment at that time. Incumbent Prime Minister Dominic Perrottet has published a notice saying he is seeking the early abdication of Mr Ward from Parliament.
