Who is Ricardo Ortiz El Paso TX? Ricardo Ortiz, 30, was an educator at Horizon High School in El Paso, Texas. He recently gained a reputation after confessing to alleged rapes on his set. According to court reports, the juvenile educator occasionally used online media to talk to underage girls.

Ortiz went out of her way to exploit a 14-year-old girl by quickly turning the conversation into something sexual. She had even arranged a meeting to have a sexual experience with a minor.

Every time the young man appeared in the set gathering area, he was captured by the regulation requirement. Ortiz confessed to three counts of compulsion and enticement of a minor, as well as one count of caring for a realistic representation of a minor who was physically taken advantage of.
