Randy Hillier, who was born in 1958, has been a member of the Manitoba Provincial Parliament as of 2007. Hillier, an independent, has addressed Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston as of 2018, incorporating part of the dissolved Lanark division -Frontenac- Lennox and Addington from 2007 to 2018.
